Shildon Remain 4th
Shildon AFC remain 4th in the league after an easy away victory at Dunston UTS on Saturday 1st October 2016. The Railwaymen have games in hand on the three teams above them.
With new signings Daniel Parker and Amar Purewal on the bench, Shildon got off to a flying start when Lewis Wing scored after just 2 minutes.

On 19 minutes a low Lewis Wing corner found Billy Greulich-Smith on the near post for 3 – 1. Shortly after another great corner by Wing was powerfully headed in by Jamie Harwood.
