A commanding first half performance moved Shildon up to 3rd in the Northern League with Morpeth’s game against Ashington postponed. Shildon are delighted to announce that Peter Jeffries has signed from Blyth Spartans. The former Hartlepool United, Bishop Auckland and Spennymoor Town stopper starred in Spartans’ run to the Emirates FA Cup Third Round during the 2014/15 season.
