Shildon AFC Darts & Dominoes Team finished their league season on the 27th March 2023 with an away fixture at Newton Aycliffe Cricket Club, the result being a credible 4-4 draw, meaning they finished the season in joint 4th place. Given the number of strong teams in the Aycliffe and District League the Team can be absolutely delighted.
Performer of the season was, without doubt, Steve Annan of the darts team who played 23 games across the season, winning them all without losing a single leg!
Paul Mulley, Shildon AFC Director and Team Member said: “It’s been another good season for the Darts & Dominoes Team and we are looking to progress in the future and would love new players to come and join us and help the team to continue being successful.”
