Shildon AFC is delighted to announce that seven players have committed to the Club for the next two years.
Andrei Ardelean, Max Allen, Ciaran Banks, Billy Greulich-Smith, Leighton Harris, Luke Spalding and Jon Weirs have all signed new contracts as the Club looks to build upon an excellent season.
Chris Hughes, First Team Manager, said: “We are very pleased to have this group signed up early for next season. Along with the rest of the squad, they have really bought in to what we are doing at Shildon and can obviously see where we want to go. This will allow us to fully focus on the run in and have a more purposeful summer of recruitment. I would like to thank the board for their support in committing to this plan for the future.”
Chairman, David Dent stated: “I’m delighted that the lads have all committed to Shildon AFC. They can see what we are trying to do at the Club and they will all play an integral part in us achieving our ambitions. It’s great to get them signed up and we can now focus on the run in.”
