Shildon AFC is delighted to annouce the signing of forward Benjam Urwin, who joins us from Grangetown FC.
Shildon AFC First Team Manager, Chris Hughes commented:
Benji is someone we have tracked all season at Grangetown. He came highly recommended a season ago as someone who would fit in with how we play and had huge potential. Benji is young and has limited experience in Division 1 but has so many positive aspects to his game as a striker. We believe that some time in our environment with the players and coaching staff will be a catalyst for further improvement in his game. Benji knows what he is coming into by being of this club and he is ready to show us all what he can do this season. We are excited to watch his development in pre season and as the season progresses.
