Shildon are the new Northern League Champions after a 4-0 victory over Bishop Auckland coupled with Marske Uniteds defeat against Guisborough.

The game on Wednesday evening against Ashington will be a pay what you want game to attend.
The Northern League Cup final against Markse United will take place on Wednesday 11th May, Kick Off 7pm At Billingham Synthonia’s ground.
Marske United will be our opponents in the Final of the Northern League Cup.
Lewis Graham was outstanding saving 3 penalties, one in normal time and two in the penalty shoot out after the teams finished 120 mins level at 2-2.
Shildon were in the lead inside the first minute when Anthony Bell went through the defence a lead the kept until the 70th minute. 5 mins earlier Lewis made his first penalty save.
In extra time Shildon regained the lead through Mark Doninger before North Shields again equalised with a minute left of the first half of extra time.

Shildon’s lead at the top of the Ebac Northern League is now 13 points after a 3-0 defeat away to local rivals Newton Aycliffe, Jordan Laidler scoring a hat-trick.
