Shildon AFC can confirm the loan signing of defender Alfie Marriott from South Shields FC (subject to FA/League approval).
Alfie is a product of the South Shields FC Academy and made his first-team debut earlier this season at Warrington Town in the FA Trophy and was part of the South Shield FC Under-18s team which reached the first round of the FA Youth Cup this season.
Shildon AFC Manager Chris Hughes said: “We are looking forward to having Alfie with us for the next month. He is a talented young player who we have been aware of for the past year and we are pleased he will join the squad to compete for a place in the team.”.

Shildon AFC can confirm that goalkeeper Harrison Bond’s loan deal from Sunderland AFC has been extended until the end of the 2022/23 season (subject to League/FA approval).
Shildon AFC can confirm that Luke Page has gone on a one month loan to Seaham Red Star FC.

We’re confident his injury is well behind him now and it’s just a case of Luke getting valuable game time on the pitch to get him up to speed. Matty arrived from Bishop Juniors FC in October 2019 and has been an integral part of Shildon AFC reserves recent success and has made a number of appearances for the first team. He is returning to Redcar Athletic FC where he spent a sucessful loan spell last season.
