Shildon AFC is delighted to announce that the ex Sunderland, Charlton Athletic and Walsall forward, Jordan Cook, has agreed to join the Railwaymen on a 1 year deal.
Jordan who last season had spells at both Hartlepool United and Blyth Spartans will provide more attacking options for the team.
Chris Hughes said “We are delighted Jordan has signed for Shildon AFC. It is something we have been working on for the last few weeks and it is pleasing to get it over the line.
We consciously kept some of our budget back so we were ready if the right player came along. We feel Jordan is the right player to help us improve and also bring his experience to the squad.”
Subject to both League and FA approval Jordan will go straight into the squad against Northallerton Town on Tuesday evening.
