Congratulations Ryan Nelson

Congratulations to Ryan Nelson from the Shildon AFC under 18s team. He has signed a professional contract with Queen of the South today.

It not only shows how well he has been doing but also how well the rest of the team have been doing. I am sure he won’t be the last one making the step up. It is also a good example to the younger players at Shildon that anything is possible if you keep working hard.

Special mention to Billy Harper and the management team from U18s who work tirelessly to give as many opportunities as they can do to the boys.
