Shildon moved to within 4 points of 3rd place Morpeth with a 5-0 victory against Washington.
The game was all but over in the first half with goals from Danny Parker, Bobby Moore, Billy Greulich-Smith and a Lewis Wing free kick.
In the second half Paul Connor scored the fifth and missed a couple of other chances. At the other end Nick Liversedge made a couple of good saves.

On Friday 2nd December Dean Street will be hosting the top of the table clash between Shildon Foundation of Light and Sunderland Foundation of Light.

Shildon survived a second half fightback by West Auckland to eventually run out 3-2 winners.
Shildon finished the first half 3-0 up with goals from Micky Rae, Lewis Wing and Paul Connor. It could of been 4 but Lewis Wing had a penalty saved and then put the rebound over.
In the second half goals from ex Shildon player Carl Jones and Adam Burnicle made for a nervous finish.
