Shildon retained the John Hay Memorial Trophy with a 3 1 win at Seaham.
Mark Doninger opened the scoring with a free kick from 25 yards early in the first half. Seaham grabbed an equaliser in the second half with another well taken free kick by ex Shildon player Lee Kerr.
Straight from Kick off Shildon restored there lead when Paul Connor arrived at the back post to tap in. The 3rd and best goal of the night came from Kyle Fryatt who hit a volley from 25 yards into the top corner of the net.

Pre-Season continued with an away trip to Tow law on Friday 24th July.
With several first team players missing Shildon’s numbers were made up with players from the Under 18’s and also coaches Phil Brumwell and Stuart Niven.
Shildon opened the game with 3 goals in the first 10 minutes from Fryatt, Rae and Wood. Rae went on to complete a first half hat trick making it 5 nil in the first half.
The second half was slightly more disjointed with both teams making subs throughout the half. Paul Connor added the sixth before Tow Law grabbed a consolation goal.

The 3rd pre-season friendly of the season was the toughest so far with Shildon going down 3-0 to a very good Salford side. The 2015/16 shirts will once again be made by Errea
The home shirt is red with red and white checks, the away shirt will be dark blue with a red and white stripe running through the middle.
Salford Travel Details
The Supporters club coach will be leaving the from The George on Saturday at 8:15am.

Tom Clegg’s photos v Northallerton now online
Shildon’s first pre season game of the season ended in a 2-1 victory for the Railwaymen. Northallerton took the lead early in the first half before goals from Paul Connor and a late strike Mark Doninger gave Shildon the victory.
