Nathan McGinley

McGinley came through the academy at Middlesbrough, signing his first professional contract at the Riverside Stadium in 2015. After making his senior debut, he moved to Forest Green Rovers, initially on loan, before earning a permanent deal in January 2019 after impressing as a key part of their side. In 2020, McGinley made the switch to the Scottish Premiership, joining Motherwell on a two‑year contract and later extending his stay until 2024. His time north of the border also included a loan spell with Partick Thistle in the Scottish Championship. He returned to England in July 2024 with Spennymoor Town, moving to Whitby Town FC for end of the 2025/26 season. Nathan joined Shildon AFC during July 2026.
