Alfie Myers-Smith

Alfie began his football journey with Middlesbrough Academy, joining the Under‑15s before progressing through the ranks. A versatile player, he is capable of operating at right‑back, centre‑back, and in midfield. During his time at Middlesbrough, Alfie captained the Under‑18s on several occasions and went on to make 23 appearances for the Under‑21s in the Premier League North during the 2023/24 campaign, he also spent a loan period at South Shields FC in the National League North. Following his release from Middlesbrough, Alfie joined Darlington, from where he loaned to Shildon last season. Alfie joined Shildon AFC on a permanent basis in July 2026.
